When it comes to our Locksmith service and key management, we have introduced a real estate specific procedure as listed below in five easy steps.

Email or Fax your work order through to us with all of the information we need to follow.

We will create the job and follow all instructions listed on the work order.

One of our servicemen will attend site to complete the job.

Once job has been attended, we will inform you of the status of the job by email or phone, which ever you have requested. Once the job is completed, you will receive an itemised invoice displaying a breakdown of work carried out and the property it is related to.

All our real estate clients are issued with a real estate exclusive price list, covering what we have identified as the most common works carried out for the real estate industry.

TopLock Realty has also introduced mobile key cutting, in order to help give back some time to sales or property mangers who have to leave the office to get keys duplicated. We are aware this is an unproductive task, so we now offer a service where we come to you to cut your keys.
