First Time Customer
Important information below when ordering new lock(s) or keys.
Locks are available to customers who wish to secure their property and allow access to ENERGEX meter readers. You can obtain your lock directly from our workshop. You will be required to provide our staff with your NMI and meter number(s) which are both viewable on your electricity bill. Please ensure that you have this information available when attending to purchase your lock.
Please note that when you do receive your lock from us, the set of keys that you receive are for you to keep. ENERGEX will be able to access this lock via the ENERGEX master key. If you have lost your key please call us on 1300 553 945 and we will arrange to cut you another key.
